Initiate Your Request

Log into your GL.iNet account or visit our returns portal to submit a request with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the device, including all original cables and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

Inspection and Refund

Once your return is received and inspected at our EU warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
